Will using premium fuel with up to 10% ethanol harm my '88 M6's fuel system?

Back to McGrady's!
The general consensus from those I talked to was that McGrady's had the best mix of menu, beer, price, and space. If there's enough interest, we might do first Tuesday of each month at Beer Run, with the rest of the time being Wednesdays at McGrady's. Thanks to all those who came out and tried some new places. We have now reached our capacity for the Nov. 15 Street Survival teen driving school. You can still get on the waiting list, however, and I encourage you to do so. I expect we'll have a couple cancellations, and there's a good chance of getting your son/daughter in. Go to www.streetsurvival.org to register.

You can now register on-line for the Blue Ridge Street Survival teen driving school, to be held on Nov. 15, 2008 at the Richmond Raceway Complex.

the Tidewater school was really fun. More of a cone clinic or skills clinic on the smaller oval track. But it included an infield section with a figure 8 skidpad. The MINI kept up just fine on the small, tight course!

Whoooohooooooo!!!!!!

We now have the Richmond Raceway Complex (aka RIR) under contract for Street Survival on November 15, 2008. So, now you can change that penciled-in date to an inked-in one. Right now, we're rounding up all the little details that we need to provide to the BMW CCA Foundation, who will handle registration for teh event. I'll give everyone a heads-up and instructions as soon as registration is open.

I've got a 95 525i parts car. I have the harness you need, unless its the left rear door, I sold that complete with door harness.

I also have the driveshaft. Will need new center support bearing as I had to use it for my M50 swap. My number is 434-466-2267.

Ladies' Tech Session at Crown BMW in Richmond

This will be a Tech Session for all the wonderful women in our chapter. Crown BMW in Richmond (Broad Street) will host a tech session focused on helpful hints for female BMW drivers. Any and all members are welcome to attend but bring your better halves, gentlementhis session is for them. The tech session will focus on basic safety and general road repairs. Techs from Crown BMW will be on hand to answer any of your automotive questions.

Crown BMW will be providing refreshments so we will need to know how many folks to expect. If you would like to attend please e-mail (lbm2e@yahoo.com) or call Sueann Meskell at 434-296-3772 and RSVP by March 17th. The Tech Session will start at 10am on Saturday, March 22nd.

I don't recall our chapter having any DIY/tech sessions lately. If you're willing to organize one in Lynchburg I'm sure you'd have chapter support.

Thanks, both of you, for the info. I've got a few more miles on the current tires, so I'll have some time to experiment when I get the car back.

sounds good! we'll be arriving around 6:15-6:20ish. aaron and some of the other may already be there before 6. just head to the right side of the building when you enter and ask the bartender or waitress where the BMW folks sit if it looks like we aren't there when you arrive.
