I took of my 15" Fittipaldi street wheels (2 rims bent) and put on some old 14" bottlecaps I had in the shed. Three have Eagers, and one has an ancient Michelin MVX4 that I shouldn't be using. Handling is strangely twitchy.

Not that this is pertinent, but until now I didn't know any other BMW CCA members even knew what Eagers are.

Oh, and Kyle can't try them on his car because he did a 5 lug conversion. Sorry Kyle.

Very Happy

I wanted to put my Hoosiers on kyles car too, but he has that damn extra lug! Kyle, are you looking for an autox only tire, or are you looking for a multipurpose autox/track tire? I wanna try the new R-1...

I have a set of Hoosiers but there the race compound and they didn't seem to stick all that well. So i'm going to go with a set of just autox tires wheels for the next event. Looks like /i will be getting a set of v710 ordered on friday.
